Shipping Policy

- We offer worldwide shipping.
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery times vary based on location:
- Domestic (Within Pakistan): 5-7 business days.
- International: 10-15 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Exchange Policy

- We do not accept returns; only exchanges are allowed.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may have already been processed.
